You don't think all I ever do is watch movies, here are some of the things we're up to around here:
*DH has been painting his way around the house (outside). Finally got to the front including entry & front porch. Now I won't feel embarrassed when the UPS lady (!) comes to bring me a package.
*Watching the 30 million trillion oak & maple & beech & whatever else leaves fall and cover everything in sight in their brown crinkliness.
*Going to the rink almost every day so dds and ds can skate/socialize and I can sit there and watch them in amazement (oh and chat with my girlfriend(s))
*Lessons every morning (M-F) from 9 am until lunch.
*Keeping the wood stove fire going.
*Chasing after the squirrels who think the recently-disturbed-because-I-planted-72-pansies dirt is there for their digging enjoyment.
*Older dd and I have been cutting, inking, gluing, & sewing lots of pieces of pretty patterned paper and turning them into Christmas cards (sooooo thrifty!)
*Reading, considering, responding to, deleting, printing emails.
*Of course there is the making of lists and the buying of groceries.
*Going to the store to buy the groceries I forgot to buy the first time (my new favorite "customer service" question: "Hello Mrs. ___, did you find everything you came for?" My answer is always "I'll figure that out when I get home.")
*Supervising lunch
*Making dinner
*Clearing up after dinner
*Moving everything around in the fridge to make it look like we actually have food in the house (since we're always eating lunch and dinner).
*Tripping over the dog
*Trying to read the books I borrowed from the church library and not really succeeding.
*Sweeping up dog hair
*Driving a young person who doesn't have his/her license somewhere.
*Driving the other young person somewhere.
*Driving another other young person somewhere.
*Did I mention driving someone somewhere?
I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of in this instant.
