We made a quick trip to Asheville yesterday to see Switchfoot. It was way awesome, just amazing. They are so talented. (We all agreed we could have done without the opener so I won't even mention them.)
The club was decent, non-smoking, and the crowd was generally pleasant. Of course there were a few unruly folks but it was quite a mix of ages & types. We had fun and got ourselves all tired out, staying up late and driving back today.
Tomorrow morning older dd and I head to Pittsburgh to spend the rest of the week with my little sis. We're going to hang out with her and hopefully be helpful as she gets ready for her school's production of The Music Man this weekend.
Planning to post from the road, we'll see.
