Eliana Joy

My friend Leslie's baby girl went through surgery this morning to fix 2 holes in her 4-month old heart. I went to the hospital this morning to sit with her and her husband and a few other friends. Praise God, the surgery was successful and by 12:30 this afternoon Leslie and her husband were already reunited with their precious child!

Walking alongside Leslie during this trial I am finding myself reliving our time with oldest dd almost 14 years ago... she was so little and we were so young. How grateful we are to God for his goodness in healing our child. But it was still an incredibly painful thing to live through.
