Taking advantage

While we are here we want to go to as many on-campus events as we can. Since it's not "normal life" and we aren't busy with lots of other things.

Tuesday night dh, ds, and older dd attended a lecture at the FTT department. Interesting.

Last night they went to men's basketball. (ND won, yay.)

Tonight they are all going to see ice hockey vs. Ohio State. Younger dd's next-door neighbor friend is going along too and then they are having a sleepover in the basement. Fun.

Saturday older dd wants to go watch fencing. ND is hosting the midwest conference championships.

Sunday after church we'll all go to a men's lacrosse game in the indoor field. Nice.

Next Wednesday some of us are heading to women's basketball again.

Some events & games are free, those that require tickets are reasonably priced. And since we are so close to campus we can get there in 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk. (Well, it's been all driving since it's been so cold but we could walk.)
