because I've put younger dd to bed (listening to Schoolhouse Rock -- she needs help with her "multiplucation tables"...) and am passing the time while older ds and older dd are off at Pirates of Penzance (dh chauffeured them). The "wintry mix" has slowed down a bit, but sheesh, now I'm hearing thunder... ay yay yay.
I think I will make myself go work on a scrapbook page. Can't iron the wrinkly curtains (for the living room windows) 'cause the iron died today. Too bad.
