Apple pie yum

I baked this with last weekend's farmer's market apples. Kind of made it up -- combining two recipes in one. It turned out fine, though I probably should have let it stay in the oven another 5-10 minutes.

We've also enjoyed blackberry cobbler this week. And squash casserole, sliced tomotoes, and oven-roasted potatoes, among other things.

I will be visiting the markets again tomorrow. What about you?
