Garden Blogger's Bloom Day: July '09

Sedum "Autumn Joy" with last year's Cypress Vine winding through it.

Butterfly weed, of course.

Coreopsis and Gomphrena.

One little bit of garden phlox that survived the deer... they helped themselves while we were at the beach last week. Funny that the phlox was the only thing they ate!

Giant hyssop.

Right. Black-eyed susan.

Purple hyacinth bean vine.

A few sunflowers on the deck... chosen by dd.

Pretty blooms going on in your garden. Your lucky about the deer only getting to your flox. That Purple hyacinth bean vine is rally pretty. I don't know if I have seen that before. Thanks for showing us!

Nice bloom day presentation, just the right number to be interesing but not overwhelm with scrolling.

I love photos that show the plant habit and not just catalog-type closeups. You did great. Your dd's choice was a good one, too.
