The photo is of our bit of the beach at Topsail. We stayed in the place on the RIGHT -- yessireesir, we had 11 children and 8 adults in the place!
The weather was perfection -- Carolina-blue skies and warm sunshine. Just the right last blast of summer... The kids, aged 15 on down to 3, had a ball. Yea, we adults enjoyed ourselves too, but the best part for me was watching the kids play in the ocean. C got really bold by Sunday afternoon and was boogey-boarding with abandon.
Sweet.

Looks lovely. Makes me miss the summer... it's so cold here already... I had to wear my jacket today and on Sunday... blah.
