Pegged

I'm basically ESTJ, but "soft" on the T so that sometimes I'm ESFJ.

Here's ESTJ. (BTW those are also all my initials!) Totally pegged.

People like me are generally quick decision makers, organized and efficient. My personality is charismatic, friendly and energetic, but I take life seriously and can be a little opinionated on my own turf. I'm extremely outspoken when I feel I'm in the right. I have great trouble dealing with people who are dishonest and/or disorderly.
I'm highly productive, realistic and sensible. Somewhat of a traditionalist, I'm distrustful of new and untested ideas, and I'm more than a little blunt telling others how I feel about them, or about whatever other faults I see. When I give a compliment, however, I mean it.
My primary goal in life is doing the right thing, and being in charge. My reward is to be appreciated by others and have my opinion respected. I also enjoy having others willingly follow my orders.

Here's ESFJ:

People like me are generally concerned about others and work hard to be of service. I'm friendly, affectionate, outgoing and talkative. I'm polite when it's appropriate, willing to take risks to help others, and cooperative, especially when I perceive that I'm part of a team. I enjoy action, but I'm a realist and quite literal. I'm also organized and responsible. I love things that are time-honored.
I'm conscientious, almost to a fault at times. I'm very sensitive to others and get my feelings hurt easily.
My primary goal in life is creating exceptional relationships and helping people in tangible, practical ways. My reward is to be appreciated and relied upon, as well as to be respected, particularly in regards to my ethics.

My friend L posted about this Star Trek meets Myers Briggs page. Fun if you're a Trekkie (which I'm not but I thought the descriptions were nice and concise.)

I know not everyone "believes" in M-B, but if you know me AT ALL you'll have to agree these two descriptions are pretty right on!
