Headed out kinda late this morning, we had a 2:00 studio tour scheduled and wanted to "do Hollywood" before. First thing was to see the sign as up close as we could. Drove up a wind-y hill, lots of houses clinging to the mountainside. Fun. Snagged some pics. Back down and a bit of driving around, a cemetary where famous people are buried, some studios, etc. Then we parked and made our way down the Walk of Fame to the Chinese Theatre, Kodak Theatre, all that. Back in the car and drove over to the Hollywood Bowl, pretty cool place that is. Noone but us there! Then off to Warner Brothers studio where we had tickets for a "VIP Tour", just us and 3 others, driving through the back lots, the studios, etc. It was very cool and worth the $$. We are spoiled to be able to see so many cool things. Back to our home-away-from-home for dinner and then some mindless TV (the girls don't get to see that usually). Dh and ds walked to a nearby theatre to see Juno. More tomorrow.
