A few shots of what is blooming right now.I bought this purple hyacinth bean at the farmer's market this spring. It loves its spot winding up the stairs & railing!
A few re-seeded impatiens and some johnny jumpups.
Butterfly weed & yarrow that are both re-blooming. There are dozens of bees on the butterfly weed and giant hyssop at any given moment!
This morning is delightfully cool (65!) out. We were blessed with more rain last night. The bed in the front of the house is all ferns & foliage, so nothing colorful to show, but it is doing well nonetheless. Last summer with the drought the ferns were all brown & nasty by now!
