Younger dd has played with this dollhouse for several years now. I think it came from my parents who I think got it second-hand somehow... anyway, it has needed a new coat of paint for sometime. So, dd and her friend have been working on it. They decided on a white & red color scheme and have named the house "Cherry Tree Cottage". (They found a picture in an Usborne book called "Doll Stories" and have tried to copy it.) After this photo was taken they added cherries and green vines to the front & sides of the dollhouse. Perhaps when they get it all finished and set up I will post another picture.
