Younger dd has long been interested in drawing, painting, creating art of all kinds. Recently she asked if she could have an easel and other painting supplies, so yesterday we went off with our craft store weekly coupons and purchased a few things: the requested easel, some acrylic paints (in tubes), new brushes, a plastic paint palette, a new pad of drawing paper, and some canvas paper.
Dd set up the easel in a sunny corner and went to work.
